Homalomena Rubescens also known as Queen of Hearts plant has large broad, heart-shaped leaves and striking red stems.  It has a soft anise fragrance, and the spathe flowers are quite large, greenish and often hidden amongst the leaves.

Reasonably easy to care for, disease resistant and high neglect tolerance level, Homalomena Rubescens is fast becoming a much-loved plant among aroid-loving parents. 

Fun Fact: Once the plant has become overgrown, simply let the kokedama sit in a bigger pot together with your potting mix.
